How to record a new Voicemail message or IVR greeting message
- Dial *301
- Make the recording. Press # to finish it. You can accept it, or re-record it.
- Take note of the timestamp (time & date) and share it with Support
- Support will retrieve your message based on the timestamp and apply it to the IVR.
